Highlands Cancer Center, (HCC), opened its doors in 2002, in affiliation with Highlands Regional Medical Center. The office is conveniently located next to the hospital and offers the latest treatments and technology. Patients of HCC also have access to a IMRT, IGRT and PET/CT which are the most advanced modalities for detecting cancer and serves not only as cancer detection tool but is also useful in determining and monitoring treatments.

At HCC our patients have the convenience of receiving chemotherapy in the office and avoid the hassles of going to the hospital. The chemotherapy room offers patients a sense of comfort and privacy in order to make them feel more at ease during treatment.Prior to the opening of the HCC, options for cancer treatment were not available to the Tri-State; individuals with cancer would have to seek treatment in big cities. In fact, there was not a board certified oncologist/hematologist in the area.

HCC has been serving the Tri-State area for over 13 years. We have gained the trust and respect of the community and treated over 5,000 patients.

Our team of world class professionals are committed to our patients, the community, and dedicated to the treatment of cancer. At the HCC we are building hope and saving lives.
