Zip Wells

Small Cell Lung Cancer

Zip is a retired construction worker who was diagnosed with “Small Cell Lung Cancer” in July 2012. Highlands Cancer Center quickly worked him right into the schedule for his first appointment. “Cancer is a tough journey for anyone and in these types of situations compassionate, kind people are a must” he says. Zip boasted about the nurses and doctors at HCC, “The nurses here are good people and they treat you good. You really can’t ask for anything better! They are helpful and work hard for me. Dr. Jain is a fine doctor and takes time to explain everything to me. I’ve been through all kinds of surgeries, doctors and hospitals in the past and I’m very satisfied with my treatment here at HCC.”
